Payments

1.1. We accept payments through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Rest assured that your card number will be protected using SSL encryption, an industry-leading standard. When making a payment on our website, the details you provide will be securely transmitted to our payment provider via a secured connection.

Cancellation Policy

2.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of order confirmation. In such cases, we will refund the entire amount to your respective account. However, if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, the following conditions will apply:
  • Cancellation within 24-48 hours of order confirmation will result in a direct deduction of 30% from the paid amount.
  • Cancellation within 2-3 days of order confirmation will result in a direct deduction of 50% from the paid amount.
  • No cancellations will be entertained after 3 days of order confirmation.
2.2. Once an order has been dispatched or is held at your country’s customs, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the only option available is to accept the parcel and return it back to us.
Order Acceptance & Payment
3.1. Prices and product availability on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of all listed prices. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we will correct it and either refund the lower amount or contact you for further instructions before dispatching the product.

Pricing

4.1. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD. If your card currency is different from USD, you can still place your order, and our system will deduct the equivalent amount in your respective currency.
4.2. Prices and availability of products on our site are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, some products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will verify prices during the order processing procedures. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will refund the lower amount. If a product’s correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions or reject your order.

5.1. All registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Please safeguard your account credentials and do not share them with others. Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering on our website and from transacting or using our services.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, simply reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided within our messages. Please note that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. While we do not charge for this service, you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Standard message and data rates may apply
7.3. We reserve the right to modify any telephone number or short code used to operate the service at any time. In such cases, we will notify you accordingly
